Foot and Ankle Pain Management Solutions

“If I had a nickel for every foot and/or ankle causing back pain…..”Let’s face it, folks, we all rely on our feet and ankles to help you move, so it is no wonder that so many people suffer from some sort of foot and/or ankle problem or pain. If you experience pain in this part of your body, it can greatly impact your quality of life. Whether you have chronic ankle pain or you have begun to notice that your feet ache, Dr. Jon Sirota believes it is worth taking a hard look at your feet/ankle health for reasons other than the obvious. Wait, What?…….

If I had a nickel for each patient who came in complaining of low back pain where a REAL problem was a bad foot and/or ankle issue, I’d have a whole lot of nickels. The direct relationship between the foot and the low back and whole spine is a direct one not to be overlooked. Please read that
again. Countless times I have accepted patients from other health care professionals to no avail. where an underlying foot and/or Ankle problem was the exact cause of a person’s low back pain.
Usually, it’s the Sacro-Iliac joints that suffer, and most often on one side, not both. I am specifically trained to know EXACTLY where to look and to see this common pattern in front of me. More
importantly, I know and am quite experienced in knowing exactly how to treat the issue permanently for a permanent solution. A solution that does NOT require you to come back for unnecessary office visits or treatment you never needed.

Additionally, many other common back issues are anywhere from beltline low back stiffness to numbness and swelling, ankle and foot pain is no joking matter. While aging does bring on arthritis and other conditions that can relate to your ankle and foot problems, injury can also create uncomfortable pain. Whether you know what has caused your pain or not, it is my goal to assess your condition and provide you with an effective solution.

With a variety of pain management treatments, you can rest easy knowing that your wellness is my main concern. I work with my patients on an individual basis, taking my time to get to know you and seeing, first-hand, what is the problem you are experiencing. No matter how severe your pain may be, I believe that I have an effective solution to help you get back to living pain-free. With the right treatment plan in place, your feet and ankles should begin to feel normal again, enhancing your overall well-being and optimizing your health. You do not have to live with pain, let me show you how.
